Alicia García-Holgado was invited as speaker to the national conference about equality in the different areas at the university. The conference was held by the University of Salamanca (Spain) on 19 November 2019.
She presented the main idea of the W-STEM project and the self-assessment and process mapping guidelines as a way to identify the situation of the gender gap in an institution.
More than 70 students, professors and decision makers from different Spanish institutions attended.
