W-STEM FICA Group at UTN

In March, all teachers who are integrated different careers of the Faculty of Engineering in Applied Sciences (FICA) at Universidad Técnica del Norte took the initiative to create the Group called “W-STEM FICA”, which is born to contribute and promote that girls and young people are linked to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics so that in the future they can study a technical career. This group also tries to integrate, promote, visualize the participation of university teachers, as well as students. The female teachers group have a T-shirt and also a Facebook page called “FICA – STEM” that allows more visualization in extracurricular activities.
